Your e-learning experience will allow you to:

- Within this section you will find the module questions that you are required to answer as a part of your training. Your answers will be visible to all your class participants only. It is important that you answer you module questions with the following in mind:
- Your understanding of the specific subject matter referred to in the question
- How you can see this working within the context of your work and life
- What aspect of this you struggle with and/or are resistant to
- What you can do to overcome the struggle/resistance

2. Communicate with your fellow students via the messaging board |
- You can create new ‘postings’ with questions, queries, suggestions and thoughts that will be seen by all your fellow course delegates
- You can respond to other peoples ‘postings’
- You can have a one to one interaction with individuals
- You can get involved in a group interaction

3. Browse through our library of relevant coaching, training & development articles
and publications

- There are currently over 100 articles and publications available in the e-learning centre, we will be continually updating this library

4. View DVD and Audio mini lectures on certain subjects relevant to your course |
- The DVD and Audio mini lectures are relevant to specific courses and are not available for all delegates – if you have not been specifically directed to this part of the site check with your course facilitator for more information
