Pat Duggan is a Director of International Coaching & Training Institute. He has been working as business coach and trainer in the corporate and public sector for the last eight years. He specialises in interventions that create an understanding of culture and the effect of human behaviour in relation to the same. Prior to engaging his talents in the context of coaching and development Pat spent many years in project management and has a wealth of experience in the world of agriculture where he spear headed projects to assist in ‘focus change’ among many people throughout rural Ireland. He has also given much of his time on a voluntary basis to working in community development projects.
Pat has excellent managerial, communication and interpersonal skills and what excites him is helping organisations to develop very clear objectives, understand how to achieve them and deliver the appropriate results. Pat believes that knowing your objectives, understanding how to achieve them and creating quality results are three of the most important characteristics of success in life and business.

Pauline Mc Evoy is the ICTI Operations Manager. She has several years experience as a Personal and Business Coach and as a trainer of Coaches.
She has facilitated many individuals, groups and organisations with regard to coaching – business and personal, organisational change, personal development, life skills and development of creativity.
Previous to this, for many years, Pauline held various senior management positions with a multi national firm ranging from the technicalities of polymer engineering, quality assurance, production to the training and development of staff.Pauline is passionate about all things that facilitate individuals and organisations, breaking free of limitations and achieving extraordinary results that are real and tangible and her driving force is to play a part in providing that experience and witnessing the transformation. |

Brenda Roche has a medical background and has spent the last 9 years in Occupational Health & Safety in the Pharmaceutical industry. She has a wide range of experience in implementing Well Being and Resillence programmes in the corporate workplace. She is a registered member of the Irish Association of councelling and Psychotherapy. A graduate of the Life Coaching Institute and the Stress Mangement Institute of Ireland, she is a highly successfull coach of individuals and groups making possitive change happen in their working and personal life. She has worked in many companies with groups and individuals including; GlaxoSmithKline, Conoco Phillips, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, TSB Finance and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.

Luke Monahan is author and editor of twelve publications. In particular he has provided the core training manuals and professional development programmes for both the private & public sectors.. He has co-ordinated a range of accredited programmes for adult learners (e.g. Diploma in Family Studies – NUI Maynooth) and also post-graduate programmes for teachers (H.dip in Pastoral Care – NUI Maynooth).
Luke has led national professional development training programmes in a range of areas on behalf of the Department of Education and Science (e.g. Promoting Partnership) and for public and private
commissioning bodies such as the National Association of Boards of Management in Special Education – training 120 Boards across the country. He has an expertise in leading a complex project from conception to completion.
Luke has vast experience in programme design and delivery. He has facilitated many organisations nationally and internationally. He has contributed to conferences on a range of professional development issues in Ireland and abroad. Recently he contributed to and facilitated the Fianna Fail Parliamentary Party session in Incydoney (September 2004). He has led a range of research programmes and has been published widely in this regard. Luke is passionate about his work and always ensures that objectives are met to the highest level possible. |

For over 20 years Teresa Beirne has worked in the corporate sector at every level - including senior management and strategic levels. As a top class sales professional she has received numerous awards, both as an individual performer and as a sales manager. She is a highly successful Professional Sales, Business Coach and Trainer who has helped many people with their career. She is a graduate of Smurfit School of Business and in her earlier years played Basketball at International & European Level.

Maur Foley worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 20 years and held management positions in Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Warehouse and Shipping, Operational Excellence and Human Resources. He has led several culture change initiatives working with all levels from Senior Management to shop floor. During his time in the corporate sector Maur developed a passionate commitment to people development, empowerment, personal accountability and work/life balance. He is an accomplished trainer having spent several years delivering personal development programmes. His background in Business, Change Management, training as well as experience in personal development is serves him well as a Coach Trainer.
Maur is qualified Counsellor, Life & Business Coach, and Trainer. Maur draws on his success and experience in these fields in the design and delivery of programs such as Resilience, and Personal Development. |

Alison McGuire has over 10 years’ experience in coaching and training, where she has based her work on how to facilitate improved and sustained performance through coaching & training managers, other coaches, sales people and business owners. As an expert coach with a keen interest in proving ROI, the measurement of deliverable and tangible results has always a significant focal point of Alison’s work.
In more recent years Alison has turned her expertise to developing coaching skills and competencies. She worked as a coach trainer and coaching program developer in an EMEA role for a Fortune 500 company, before turning her attention to building her own business on the strength of her excellent reputation as Business and Executive coach, coach trainer, and training program developer. |

Hilary Ryan has spent 25 years in sales, marketing and coaching in Ireland, Germany and the USA, has worked in enterprise start-up companies, rural management development companies and most recently spent 12 years in the IT industry, in Senior Executive Sales, Software ,Hardware & Service Account Management; for both the private industry and public sectors.
An award winning Sales & Performance Coach at Dell Computers for innovation in Europe; Hilary is excellent at identifying opportunities for improvement, has conducted training on product and skill gaps and thrives on working with a diversity of people.
A graduate of UCD with a Bachelor of Commerce, The Goethe Institute with a Diploma in Business German, licensed as a Microsoft Sales Specialist, with a Diploma in Management and Executive Coaching, and Procoach licensed by Prosell London, Hilary is a believer in lifelong learning and development, with personal interests in Yoga and most recently qualified with Reiki level I in the golden earth elemental healing energy. |

Julie McCall has 20 years business experience in a wide variety of people and management roles. Julie holds a BA (hons) degree in Politics from Hallamshire University in Sheffield and is qualified Life and Business coach . She has worked with a wide variety of business clients and individuals both in Ireland and the UK.
Julie is passionate about coaching and is driven by a desire to support individuals and organisations to maximise their potential both personally and professionally.
Julie has run 3 Marathons, raising over €10,000 for UK and Irish Charities.
